The following table lists the Check Point software releases bundled in the Resilience OS Releases.  New HFAs can be downloaded here as well to upgrade the Check Point software.  Netsquad versions reflect the current Websense Web Security packages bundled with those appliances

What software versions are currently supported?

Our general policy is to support the current version of software and two version previous.  However in the case of Check Point we are supporting some prior releases on a best effort basis.  Security HFA's will be made available on all supported versions, however additional features will be implemented only in the most current software release.

Software versions supported for appliances running Check Point Software are R75, R71.10, R70, R65, 6.5.n, 6.2.n.
Software versions supported for appliances running Websense Software are 7.6.2, 7.5, 7.1, 7.0.1, and 3.3.0.

Websense Versions 7.0, 7.1 ,7.5 and 7.6.2 are supported on appliances capable of 2.0 Gb memory only, which include CWR20/30, 810x, 7000 series and later platforms. Software provided here are complete "Out-of-Box" image loads, and are not "In-Place" upgrades.

NetSquad Software Release 7.6.2 Build 60032 - Websense Web Security for Linux

Resilience is announcing the release of  NetSquad appliance software release - Version 7.6.2 - Websense Web Security. This software release is a system reload supporting the Websense version 7.6.2 for customers that require the enhancements provided by the unified Trident management system.  Notable changes are in the Two stage set up (resilience network and Websense Configuration script), and restoreable version 7.6.2 on a hidden disk partition. ISO image files (Bootable ISO and Documentation file) will be made available to contract customers in the Downloads area of this site or through the link below.

This release has been tested using Websense in a live envirornment running a Resilience appliance with 2GB of memory, and Management/Logging based on a Windows Server 2003 SP2.  Loading and configuration of the Trident management on MS Windows systems is not support by Resilience. Users should consult the Websense Planning and Implementations guides and consult Websense Technical Support for help and guidance with Server 2003 or Server 2008 issues.

Resilience release of Check Point R75 for Secure Platform

Resilience would like to announce the release of Check Point R75 Software Blades on Secure Platform for use on the Resilience Appliance. This version is the Check Point SecurePlatform version with the additional drivers required for the Resilience platforms and also contains the hidden restoration partition support familiar to our appliance. This version has been tested and certified by Check Point, and certified for the following models: FCS-9101, FCS-20/30, (which includes the upgraded versions FCS-1011/1012) and FCS-7000 series. ISO Image files will be made available to current contract customers, in the Downloads area of this site, or through the link below.
